multi-asset trading systems This is a video of a short exercise that I like to practice that helps to fire up my brain, get me into a state of ‘flow’ and work towards eliminating self judgement whilst improvising. The 9 point improvisation task is borrowed originally from William Forsythe, who used imaginary points or trajectories in the space surrounding the body and allocating body parts and directional qualities to each of the points. I like this exercise because it asks you to think and move very differently.

I’m going to produce 1 video a day for 365 days…. So for 1 year – 1 video a day. I want to use it as a tool to reflect on the various parts of my practice as an artist. I also want to provide a glimpse of what it is like – a typical day-in-the-life of a dancer to give insight into the professional contemporary dance environment and the nature of this demanding art-form that I have devoted my career.
