365 Project – Hip openning

The demands are high on this part of the body, so I really like to spend time preparing the hips for the movement range that is required of them. Here are a couple of stretches and yoga postures that I practice as hip opening exercises.

Elise May is an award winning dancer, choreographer and video/multimedia artist who has worked independently in Australia and is a member of Brisbane’s Expressions Dance Company (EDC).
